I did this cake back in March before any formal training, for my boyfriend's (a twin) 40th birthday party. Not knowing about consistency, my icing is a bit thin and my stars a little run together, but I still think it turned out cute and the boys loved it. The ghost eyes are made out of fondant I cut with a cookie cutter. The power pellets were cut into circles from the cake cutouts and the remainder of the sheet cake that ghost was half of. Fun, huh? I thought my hand would fall off...
