That is amazing, I love your ingenuity and your execution! Thanks for letting us know how you did it- How did you make the rock candy? Is the "ice" rock candy too?
This was done with a metal dowel, it has rock candy wrapped around it. We bent it at the top and hot glued it in the open part of the can. My DH made the board for me. He placed a hole in the center and we placed the dowel in the hole so it would stay up straight. I had to cut a slit in the boards and cake to slide onto the dowel. Then just iced and prayed it stayed together. LOL Also, 2 6 inch cakes and 2 8 inch cakes carved.
:o :o :o 8O 8O 8O WOW, WOW, WOW...I've always want to think I've seen it all but nope, there you are with your amazing cake..I showed it my daughter and she doesn't believe me is a cake :D :D tell us how you did it, pleaseeeee :)

The ice is also rock candy, the soda pouring out of the can is also rock candy, once it gets to a certain temp you can touch and mold it but you still need to be careful not to get burned.
This is so cool! Would you mind giving more details on how you did this?
