Sweet 15
I made this for my friend's daughter. It was her 15th b-day. I used Satin Ice chocolate fondant (best fondant I've ever used), and my neighbor made me the pink fondant. I used an emobossing mat to get the design in the middle tier and sprayed pearl luster dust.
Very pretty. I was thinking about making a present cake...Lavendar with black ribbon...is it hard to colour the fondant black?

It's actually chocolate fondant from Satin Ice (it's actually brown, but it looks darker in the picture).
