Made this 6" round devil's food cake with buttercream covered with mini marshmallows cut in half diagonally for the rice. "Salmon, imitation crab/cucumber and ginger" made with MMF. "Wasabi" made with MMF + colored confectioner sugar. Chopsticks are real, wish they were chocolate though (Mmmmm).

I made this for my brother-in-law's 18th bday which falls on 12/31 and he loves sushi! =D
