Its very easy Amstakem.. Cover a round cake with ready roll fondant, colour some for the iris.. i used pull and peel twizzlers and food colouring for veins, then covered it all with piping gel for a slimey look. The "blood" is quick gel, or you could use runny jell-o.

Ewww...that is so gross. But in a good way! :)
