Children's Dog Birthday Cake
This was for my friend's daughter, who turned four and LOVES "doggies." Yellow cake with buttercream frosting. I built the snout up by using layers of stars. Unfortunately, I heard the snout didn't make it to the birthday party...Miss Bailey scooped it out and ate it when her mother wasn't looking!
I would have scooped a little bit myself...it is so cute. Great job! I like how you used the stars around the edges too. It is different than a regular sheet cake w/ just shell borders. Good idea!
How could you possibly expect a 4 yr old to resist?
