Ooooh...what's That Button Do?
This was a practice cake for me. My first attempt at a cupcake cake and a butter cream transfer. CCC's are the best! I'm never going back! The BCT gave me some trouble. I used chocolate fudge icing for the outline and it just did not want to let go of the wax paper. I outlined it again after I took the wax paper off of it. This cake is going to my husband's work. He and his co-workers maintain and repair hospital equipment so I thought that this cake was befitting. They have dealt with alot of Dee-Dees.

Looks awsome.. how do you assemble a cupcake cake...
It was easier than I thought. I put them together and them just iced them as if they were one whole cake. I think there might be a tutorial in the articles section.
