This is a strawberry/strawberry cream cheese cake iced with IMBC and covered with fondant. The cake was airbrushed as well as hand-painted. The football is a giant rice krispy covered in fondant. Thanks for looking!

That's awesome! I have to make another football field cake later this month and may try to do something similar, but make the football out of cake. Do you mind my asking HOW did you make the texture on the ball so darn realistic!
I was able to get the texture with a texture sheet. They make large ones for fondant, but I used a small one that is designed for clay. It is the Makin's brand, from set B, dots, and I just pressed it all over the football before airbrushing.
That cake is amazing - now you have to outdo it b/c they made it to the superbowl - Cant wait to see the next one!
