The bottom tier was 16", 14", 10' 8", and 6". bottom tier was choc, w/choc b/c, next layer was white with raspberry filling, next was white w/lemon, next was white w/lemon and the final tier was white w/ raspberry. I also made 3 full sheet cakes to go with this cake. This cake was to serve 583 servicng. This was my biggest challenge. I loved doing this cake and I believe this is my new favorite. This cake was for Saturday so I have not heard any comments from the bride, groom or any of the guests.
I wanted to add that diamond shapes, and pearls are MMF with Pearl dust. This was made for one of the most elborate weddings I have ever seen. The hall was absolutely beautiful when we delivered the cake.
