This was for a friend's 60th b-day. Top layer was strawberry w/ crusting cream cheese frosting and I give up using this icing for decorating. 2nd cake I couldn't get good coverage with. Also my 1st fondant bow. My 4 year old "helped" with the buttercream decor on the bottom layer.
