Blown Sugar Class At Wilton
This is the final cake at a blown and pulled sugar class at Wilton. The cake is very busy since we were to apply the techniques we learned in class. Boy, do I have an appreciation for sugar and those who work with it! :) You'll see sugar ribbons at the bottom with blown bubbles, fantasy flowers etc! Some of my flowers broke :( so 2 of them are 1 of my classmates.

I didn't know there was such a class by wilton-Cool! I hope I can find one :o
