Spoil The Staff Day
Made this one for my daughter's class teacher grade 1/2 composite class.. Adapted from katharry's work, hers is perfect. 22cm sq choc cake with ganache filling, covered with MMF mix. The green/yellow(=gold) colours reflecting the school's colouring. TFL.
