Four layer white cake filled with rasperry and bavarian cream. Hand-sculpted and used a fork to make the sides look like pages. The top is frosting sheets and rice paper written on with edible ink. This was made for the 150th birthday of our city. It was my first contest and I took 2nd place! I will post another view of the cake.
