These look so pretty and yummy! What icing recipe did you use?

Hi paulkjan---I generally use Wiltons Ready to Use White Decorator Icing you can get almost anywhere/online, it's sweet and sometimes I mix it with regular Betty Crocker store bought frosting as it makes the regular stuff stiffer OR Vanilla or Choc PASTRY PRIDE which is generally at Smart and Final Stores, it's a whipped cream type frosting that is very light almost like cool whip but tastes better, you just whip it up! The pastry pride is good to inject in the middle of cupcakes too! Thx for the comme...
