2 Chocolate Oval cakes, each sliced in half with oreo cream filling between each layer. Iced with Ducan Heins Chocolate frosting, fondant handles and 2 lbs. of hand made white choc. flowers. Handles fell off about 4 hrs. into the party and frosting started getting a little droopy. Any suggestions on how I can thicken up the frosting. I love Ducan Heins frosting but its just not stiff enough.

I am not sure if you will like this ...but it's worth a try. I made my butter cream frosting....then added the Ducan Heins Choc. frosting and mixted. I like the dark rich color.....and the butter cream helped make it stiff enough to do the decorations with. Your cake is beaufiful......
