I made this cake for my cousin's 19th Birthday Party. The Little Mermaid has always been her favorite :) & it was a great surprise for her! This was a mandarin orange cake (from in the CC Recipe section) & Buttercream Icing with the star tip. Wilton's Little Mermaid pan. This was a very fun cake to make, & it was delicious too! (we only wished it was Bigger ;)
