Fairytale Wedding

This was the cake I just delivered. All fondant with violet fondant swags. Royal Icing Happily Ever After in celedon. Cakes were amaretto mud cake with amaretto-espresso and raspberry IMBC filling and Lady Baltimore cake with mocha and raspberry IMBC filling. IMBC under fondant as well. Bride provided the Cinderella topper. Orchids were hand made from gumpaste. TFL!

thanks ladies! jenlg - Scott Clark Woolley has instructions in his book for this and he also sells the cutters/veiners. didavista - I mixed 3 different purples in layers to get the coloration just right. Thanks again!

A true artist...Its' all about the details. I love how you blended all these colors in to get a life-like flower. Your sugar work is spectacular...You should consider offering classes in your area and make a good buck! ;-)
