I made this cake to take to my husband's 20 year high school reunion. I had trouble with the flowers. I made them on parchment paper but couldn't get them to hold together when I tried to transfer them to the cake. I froze them and that helped but they got soft again so quickly. I used the Wilton's ready made icing.

Any suggestions??
