Strawberry
This was my first cake using filling. It's white cake with strawberry filling and then buttercream. The fondant is also flavored with strawberry oil. The strawberries were super fun to make. This is only my 3rd fondant cake and it's getting easier and easier!!! All about getting the right consistency. Anyway...any comments would be appreciated. I'm learning on my own because the closest classes are almost 2 hours away!!!! Tips and criticism are welcome!!!

Awesome strawberrys, can you tell me how you did them? I know what you mean about learning on your own, I pretty much just teach myself how to do things sometimes it works and some times it doesnt...The fun process of cake decorating...lol
