This was for a gentleman's 20th anniversary at his company. I used an 11x15 pan and cut it into 3 equal pieces for the desk and then made all of the desk accessories out of fondant. This was a really fun cake to make and everyone loved it! I even put a name plate with his name and the calender has the date circled with a legal pad saying 'meeting @ 1pm' which is when they were presenting the cake to him.
