leaves are made of 50/50 gumpaste/chocopan, colored w/ petal dust. Real leaves were used as templates and pressed down on the gumpaste to vein them. Maple leaves were made of yellow paste and brushed with flame dust. Other leaves dusted w/ brown. Acorns are sour apple candies with fondant caps.
