This was for a couple getting married this weekend. Their wedding colors are brown with a touch of burnt orange. This was my speckled icing cake - after a little investigation and trial and error I have determined it is my Wilton ivory coloring that is the culprit. I love the cake anyway - especially with the fondant bow added to it. I talked to the FOG today and he said he had just finished up the remainder of this cake a few days ago - it was made on August 2nd - and it was still fresh!! Thanks!
