for berries: first dip in white chocolate, then dip in dark chocolate each side at an angle, then use a toothpick to draw on the tie and the buttons. A lot easier than they look!

did u coat chocolate over buttercream? thnx..

actually I ganached the whole cake first, then piped on the buttercream, then added the chocolate lapels, bow and buttons on top. I made the lapels(collar, I guess, whatever) on acetate pieces first then peeled off to put onto cake.
