Mini Cake
I made a sheet cake and cut it into mini cakes to give to friends for Valentine's Day. I used the poured fondant recipe and put little buttercream decorations. They were a big hit over giving chocolate!!

What a terrific idea. About how many mini cakes did you get from a sheet cake? Would you say there were about the size of a bitesize candy bar?
Actually they were about the size of an index card. I had cut the sheet in half, used one half to make 2 bigger cakes and made I think 6 smaller ones from the other half.
