I did this for my boss who loves to cook and one of our summer students who somehow earned the nickname "juice box". Banana Cake with Strawberry filling and iced in buttercream. Chef and Juice box are FBCT which I just love doing!

So sorry I forgot to comment. This cake is very happy, and a nice example of Frozen Buttercream Transfer. Good job. I'm saving it as a favorite.
