This was my last cake for Course 1. I am happy with how it turned out (after a lot of trouble with the roses). Can't wait for course 2 next week!!

Beautiful job! You should be very proud of this cake! Don't worry to much about the roses at this point. Just keep practicing and your roses will be better each time you make them. I think most all of us had this same frustration. You are doing a great job!! :)

That is beautiful. It looks professional to me. I'll be making this cake on Tuesday night. I hope it turns out as well as yours did.
