My First Bc Roses
Made this for my wilton I class and it also happened to be my DH's birthday. Everything is bc. Had a bit of a problem with the rose color (was suppossed to be purple) but did not have time to make more. Oh well. And the bc was a little too stiff so the petals are a little too jagged for my taste.
I think the color of the roses is a nice color for a man and I love that shade of green. Your writing is very good and your icing is nice and smooth. Good job!!!
