I made this cake for our church luncheon. It is an applesauce spice cake taken from The Cake Mix Doctor book. Iced with bc and smoothed with viva papertowels, the handel, lid, and spout are fondant that I let dry with toothpicks inserted to hold them in place. The dasies are royal.
