I bought the Wilton Mini Tasty-Fill pans. I made Vanilla - Cardamom batter, filled the hole inside with some buttercream flavored with Cardamom oil. And then made the Whipped Icing III from the recipes section- did a 1/2 batch. Hubby doesn't like a lot of cake and I don't need it! (diabetes) OH! The purple icing is whipped buttercream left over from my ribbon cake... it kinda messed up the writing. Or maybe that was me!! I was just messin' around. Thanks for looking!!
