Birthday Express
All cars are rum cake with vanilla mousse filling. I carved a little bit of the top on some to make a well to place "cargo. Tracks are cookies and dirt is ground up choc graham crackers. I got this idea from "Sprout" online - an activity in the Thomas the Train section. My nephew, the birthday boy (3) and son were mesmerized.
