Chocolate cake, filled with Bavarian Cream, covered in Collette Peters' fondant, tie pocket and collar are MMF. The fondant taste wonderfully, but very hard to work with. After trying to make the tie 4 times (and having to make 2 batches just for the tie, I gave up and used MMF.
