In community album: Bridal Shower

My first bridal shower cake.

Cakes were photographed prior to set-up at the shower. I was too excited about finally finishing all of the scroll work in the wee hours of the morning. Two layer french vanilla with cream cheese b/c frosting.

Beautiful! I love the colors, and how the scroll worl comes up just over the top of the cake. Great job!

Thanks everyone! sorry for responding so late. All of the scrollwork was done freehand. I purchased the pattern presses to make this cake but was not pleased with the results so smoothed it over and started praying as I piped. lol!
