This cake was for my brother-in-law who is an Orthopaedic Surgeon. Everything here is edible except the pill bottle. The cake itself is to scale of a human leg. The hammer, bandaid and "DOC" sign are all chocolate, the Rx pad is fondant and I used edible markers to free hand copy the clinic letterhead, and to sign the cast with our family's names. It was a blast to make and he loved it!
