This cake was made for an officer that was going off to another company. Cake was cut to the shape of a shield, iced w/ BC, then covered with MMF. The top of the Dome was cut and shaped by hand w/ gumpaste. I used piping gel for a more shing color. The silver badge and night stick was made using gumpaste as well.
