I love the pink and brown combination! Inside and out that is... Inside is a Neopolitan Cake (as the ice cream) Chocolate and Strawberry layered cake between French Vanilla Btcm icing ;-0 Yummy!
Thank you so much for your comments. It means alot to me ;-). I've been practicing some; every cake is the very first of it's kind. I'm hoping to establish a low key home business in the near future. Basically learning as I go, so I really appreciate your kind comments.
I love this cake!!! I showed it to my best friend (her fav colors are brown and pink) and now she wants it for her wedding (I told her she'll need to snag a man first) :D
No...this is pre-made chocolate fondant...I have bad wrists and the store bought products works very well...This chocolate one is really good...It's from Bakels.
After the Wilton course in Nov. 03', I officially began March 04', with my "Lavender Delight" cake. And yes, I am mostly self taught. My instructor was not a good teacher, and I just made sure I learned how to work fondant! It's been quite an adventure since
