I learned to make the clowns in my last class,My boss wanted a clown cake for her grandson's 2nd b-day. The stars and letters are fondant,which was my first experience with using fondant,every thing else I have learned in class. Soon to start course 2 and fondant classes.I think I'm getting there!!!!
