Dress Cake
this is my 2nd dress cake and my 1st attempt at a puffed stand, lol. Thanks to Twinsline for her help and advice. This was made for an upcoming bridal expo.

I used gumpaste....and luster dusted them...there are about 20 of them to fit ontop of a 6 inch round

These are gorgeous! Please tell us how you close up the gaps although I think it looks pretty darn great that way it is now. What did you use to mound the roses on?

These roses are so beautiful! The edge of my roses always crack and I can't figure it out what do I do wrong. I love yours!!!
I would have never thought of creating a cake that looks like the back of a lace up wedding gown. Simply Marvelous!!!
