Craps Table
Awesome recipe from The Cake Book - Sour Cream Lemon Poppy Seed Cake - was the base of this cake and I frosted it with Lemon Buttercream and then topped it with coconut flavored MMF. I thought it was really good and my husband raved about it for days! It was a birthday cake for my father-in-law's 73rd. The center cake was surrounded by a DH chocolate cake, but it didn't show up in the photo.
Forgot to mention, the photo was taken after we sang "Happy Birthday" and all the kids got to the chocolate layer.
Thank you! Next time I won't wait so late to start this type of a cake and I will use a ruler. I promise. lol
Just wish I had a good ruler for one! :lol: I really need to get one of those metal ones instead of the old wooden ones that I would never want touching anything edible!!
