This castle cake is iced smooth with buttercream. The towers are paper rolls cut to size and covered with MMF. Towers are topped with ice cream cones covered in buttercream and wrapped with MMF coils. Doors are also MMF. Flower accents done in buttercream.

Beautiful cake! How did you attach the towers? What size cake pans did you use?

Thanks! The castle is a double layer 6" round on top of a double layer 10" square. I attached the towers with buttercream.
