Fairy Castle Cake
The customer asked for a castle that was "pink and lilac and glittery and girly". I think this fulfils the brief. The turrets are made from the cardboard tube in the middle of kitchen paper! Unfortunately, you can't tell from the photo, but the cake was dusted with shimmery luster powder and the pointy roofs (*what* is the proper name for them???) were sprinkled with edible glitter.

The door is flawless--what is the border made out of--around the top of the turrets and each level?
