Mexican Sombrero
This was for my friend who had a Mexican theme to her birthday party. The cake was chocolate with mocha and ganache filling. I don't know if you can see, but the sides are striped all different colors. It was fun to make.

Thanks. I just piped lines all around and then smoothed them with a spatula. Pretty easy actually.

you should post an article on how to do the stripes on the side its very unique especially for being buttercream, i think its so cute.
