Great cake! How do you make a mold? And how did you make the carousel?

Thanks! I made the carousel by placing an edible image on fondant and then formimg the pieces and letting them dry. I made the mold using a food safe molding compound and pushing a horse model into it. After the molding compound dried I pressed fondant into the mold for the racehorse.
