Princess Castle
My neice is crazy about Disney princesses so I decided to make her a castle cake for her 4th birthday. Her mom's reaction was as priceless as hers! I used two 10"squares, one 9" oval and used a cutter to make circles which I stacked for the towers. The tower roofs are sugar cones coated in buttercream icing. The letters are sugarpaste hearts which I just painted on using food paste and a little icing gel
She had to be wild about her cake! Great job!!!!!!!

What a great idea to stack the cookie-cutter cakes for the tower.
Forgot to mention that the bamboo skewers are what kept the towers up!
