North Carolina Tarheel Cake
This cake was inspired by other similar cakes I have seen on the internet. I can't name anyone specific. The ram is from a mini stand up bear pan with an iced, cut marshmallow hat. The foot was cut and sculpted from a rectangular pan. Of course, it is meant to be the bottom of the foot so you can see the tar on the heel. It is iced in buttercream with gel accents. The horns on the ram are fruit tootsie roll. The UNC flags are paper of toothpicks.
