Flamingo House
This is the birthday cake I made for my MIL, who loves flamingos. The birds are made to look like her and my FIL. Cake is key lime pie cake with key lime buttercream. Roof is chocolate fondant and royal (and way too big!). It didn't turn out as well as I hoped, but it tasted GREAT!
I think the roof being bigger gives it character. I thought it was intentional.. heh The flamingos are great. Excellent job!
