50Th Anniversary Cake
This is the third cake I've ever made. It was for my grandparents 50th! The top layer is lemon cake, the 2nd layer was butter pecan w/ a pecan & buttercream filling, and the 3rd layer is strawberry w/bc filling. I used the gold dragees and the diamond impression mat. This was a fun cake to make!!!
This is your third cake??? Wow! I love the diamond pattern with the dragees . . . so perfectly elegant. And the scrollwork on the top cake is just enough to bring in some color. Beautiful! I can't wait to see what you're able to do after you've got a few more cakes under your belt!
