This is my first fully decorated cake. It is five layers of alternating Red Velvet and White cakes covered in ivory fondant (three layers on the bottom, two on top). The holly leaves are lemon butter cookies and the berries are rum flavored buttercreams (homemade) dipped in red and white candymelts.
