Cooked in a simple loaf tin. Really easy - red butter icing (use 'Christmas Red paste colouring or it comes out pink!) and white or blue for the windows; jelly sweets for lights (I've also used M&Ms but the colour bleeds after a few hours); Kit kats for the bumpers; chocolate coins for the wheels. I drew the ladder on baking sheet paper & piped melted chocolate. shop bought letters for speed here, (the piping here is the Chinese character for fire since we are in Hong Kong)
