This my first try at the chocolate wrap that everyone has been talking about. I had so much fun and learned so much! It's not as hard as I thought.
I did let a friend do the boarders. She has never decorated a cake before and loved it. She is now going to take lessons!
that is sooo pretty and you did a great job!!! ;-D
I've never tried the chocolate wrap but after seeing your beautiful creation it's a must do for me too. Keep up the good work!
That is way cool! I love the design on the sides.
That looks really good.
wow! great job, especially for being your first time
That is such a cool effect. And your friend's pretty good, too :)
Great job!
that is awesome!!! great job!!!!
Love it, you've given me the courage to try it. BTW your cakes are beautiful!!
great job!
Is there a specific article or post you followed from here? I would love to try it as well. Great Job!
Great job. I'm going to try this pretty soon. How did you get the design on the sides?
The design on the side is made by putting the melted white chocolate on the chocolate transfer sheet first then putting it on the cake, let it cool and pull the plastic part away. The chocolate melts into the design and it stays on the chocolate. There are sevreal posts on the lessons of chocolate wraps that are going on now. ShirleyW has been kind enough to explain the step by step instructions.
i love the transfer sheets too! I forgot to take a picture of the one I did but it was so easy and gives the cake a great look. i love yours!
