Ocean Swim Take 2
TAKE 2 - of a previous cake I loaded last night. I was not fully happy with it as it did not look finished. I have added a couple of things after some suggestions. THe cake is to celebrate a family participating in an ocean swim that they do annually. 11 x 9 inch white chocolate cake covered in fondant. Piping gel for the water, brown sugar for the sand, all else fondant.
I love the clean lines of this cake. Everything is done perfectly!
